ARTICLE 1 - IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between:
ArtemisData Consulting OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with its registered office at Lõõtsa tn 5, Tallinn 11415, hereinafter referred to as "Dropperz," acting as an intermediary for the sale of limited edition artworks;
and any individual or company wishing to purchase the products offered on the dropperz.fr platform, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."

ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS
- - Platform: The website dropperz.fr where limited edition product drops are organized.
- - Customer: Any natural or legal person participating in a drop in an attempt to purchase a product.
- - Artist/Producer: The entity that creates or produces the artworks sold on the Platform.
- - Bianchi Zardin Art Gallery: The entity responsible for the production and shipping of the artworks sold through the Platform.
- - Drop: A time-limited event during which a limited number of customers have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive product.
- - Product: A limited edition artwork available for purchase on Dropperz.
ARTICLE 3 - PURPOSE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern:
- - The use of the Dropperz platform;
- - The procedures for participating in drops and purchasing products;
- - The rights and obligations of Dropperz and the Customer.
- - Acceptance of these conditions is mandatory to access the platform’s services.
ARTICLE 4 - ACCOUNT CREATION
To participate in drops and attempt to purchase a product, the Customer is required to create a personal account on Dropperz. The Customer is responsible for protecting their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.
ARTICLE 5 - DROP MECHANISM AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
5.1 Limited Editions
All products available on Dropperz are sold in limited quantities. The exact number of pieces is communicated in advance. Each customer may purchase only one product per drop. Customers participate in a lottery to have the chance to buy the product.
5.2 Participation in the Drop
The drop remains open for one week. During this period, customers can sign up, hoping to be selected at the end of the drop. Only the selected ones will have the opportunity to complete the purchase.
Note: To validate participation in the drop, the Customer must provide payment details. A temporary authorization will be placed on the payment card until the end of the drop. Depending on the Customer’s bank, this authorization may appear as a charge or a pending transaction.
- - If the Customer is selected as a winner, the order will be automatically confirmed at the end of the drop, and the total amount, including the product price and shipping costs (calculated based on the delivery country), will be charged to the payment card.
- - If the Customer is not selected, they will receive a notification via email, and the payment authorization will be released according to the bank’s processing time.
ARTICLE 6 - PRICES AND PAYMENTS
6.1 Prices
Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. In addition to the sale price, the Customer will be charged the shipping cost, which will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.
6.2 Payment Methods
Payments must be made exclusively via credit card through the Stripe payment system. No other payment methods are accepted.
ARTICLE 7 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1 Order Confirmation
Customers selected in the lottery will receive a confirmation email, while those not selected will receive a refund.
7.2 Order Modifications
Once the payment is completed, the order cannot be modified. If necessary, please contact us at info@dropperz.com.
7.3 Order Cancellation
Due to the drop sales model, it is not possible to cancel an order after purchase.
ARTICLE 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
8.1 Shipping Method
Purchased artworks are produced and shipped by Bianchi Zardin Art Gallery via DHL.
8.2 Delivery Times

8.3 International Shipping
Dropperz offers international shipping. Any geographical restrictions will be specified in the drop details.
If a Customer does not receive the product, Dropperz will refund the total amount paid.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes: for orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may be applied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price shown at checkout. The Customer is solely responsible for paying any such charges upon delivery. Dropperz and its partners are not liable for delays or costs caused by customs clearance procedures.
ARTICLE 9 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
9.1 Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
9.2 Exceptions
Customized artworks or limited editions purchased through drops cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
9.3 Return Procedure
If an artwork arrives damaged, the Customer may contact both Dropperz and Bianchi Zardin Art Gallery for assistance.
ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
10.1 Disclaimer of Liability
Dropperz is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure events (strikes, customs restrictions, natural disasters, etc.).
10.2 Platform Usage
Dropperz commits to keeping the site operational but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or technical errors.
ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content (texts, images, designs) is the exclusive property of Dropperz or its partners. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
